CLASSES:
Beginners/Free Lessons:
- An introduction to both Wing Chun and Doce Pares for Beginners
- A practical self-defence training class using a blend of Wing Chun and Doce Pares
- An opportunity to gain an understanding of principals and basic skills in both systems before progressing to more senior classes
- Those wishing to use 2 Free Lessons can attend Beginner Class times
Intermediate Wing Chun:
- These classes offer specific and dedicated training to the pure system of Wing Chun
- All Graded Students of Red Sash and above, including Senior Students may attend
Senior Wing Chun:
- These classes offer specific and dedicated training to the pure system of Wing Chun
- These classes are for students holding the rank of Blue Sash and above
Doce Pares:
- These classes offer specific and dedicated training to the pure system of Doce Pares Eskrima (Stick and Knife Fighting)
- All red sash students and above may attend
Club Policy
- Our policy is that when the club is open all students are allowed to come and use the facilities to practice. The classes you attend that are not specific to you should be viewed as time you have to practice the syllabus content at your level.
- While the class proper is underway you are encouraged to use the time to practice with your peers at your own pace.
- An instructor will be available to answer any queries you may have at all times.
